How Bird Personal Electric Scooter Sharing Works
1. Find a Bird near you using the app, scan the Bird with your phone, and then tap a button to unlock your scooter.
2. To start riding, simply push the Bird 2 or 3 times with your feet to get going, and then press the throttle button with your right thumb when you are in motion.
3. When you get to your destination, lock your Bird within the app to end your ride and leave the Bird (preferable near bike racks).
It’s important to note that you should bring your own helmet to use while you ride (required by law), and that you should not ride on sidewalks.
